Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health history and current challenges, subsequently developing customized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities that align with individual client goals.

• Help clients define therapeutic objectives, providing ongoing encouragement and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Document therapy session notes and client progress meticulously, ensuring timely submission-compliant with organizational standards and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings with peers and clinical supervisors to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and develop professional skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients in a virtual format.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in your interactions, crucial for creating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential to balance client sessions and administrative documentation efficiently.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 , based on your caseload and experience level.
