Work Environment

The position is based onsite in our outpatient office, offering a supportive and dynamic environment conducive to team collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement effective therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities and therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery and restore function.
• Provide ongoing consultation to physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient progress and the continuum of care.
• Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment approaches, engaging with specialists and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy services and enhance public awareness of health and wellness.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, documentation standards, and professional ethics.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
