Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments to identify individual needs and challenges, followed by documenting detailed clinical summaries.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, setting structured, achievable goals tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
• Monitor the progress of clients towards treatment objectives, fostering open communication with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide interventions that promote mental wellness, resilience, and overall emotional health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with both children and adults, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific requirements. Your efforts will significantly contribute to expanding access to proven mental health care for individuals who may otherwise struggle to obtain in-person services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• A current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience demonstrating depth of knowledge in mental health interventions.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and online documentation, with a commitment to continuous learning in this evolving field.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including marginalized groups, and an understanding of multicultural counseling practices.
• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or roles within mental health clinics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
