Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of responsibilities including:

• Delivering individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs.

• Conducting in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and goals, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to clients’ mental health.

• Documenting therapeutic progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

The clients you will serve span diverse age groups and backgrounds, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, providing direct therapeutic services.

• Exhibit strong professional judgment in evaluating client needs and making treatment recommendations.

• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care, facilitating a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
