Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
• Implement an array of therapeutic interventions including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional mobility training.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and rehabilitation strategies to encourage active participation in the recovery process.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and effective communication across patient care efforts.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
