Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, ensuring direct interaction with patients in our fully equipped clinical settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific orthopedic conditions.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, with a focus on both aquatic and land-based rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing evaluation and modification for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment procedures, and home exercise programs to promote engagement and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and facilitate continuity in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population you will serve primarily includes individuals experiencing various orthopedic conditions such as pre and post-surgical cases, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurological challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.

Compensation and Benefits
