Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, providing physical therapists the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with colleagues in a collaborative setting. You will be joining a focused team comprising two dedicated physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all working collectively to elevate patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine individual patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress on a regular basis, ensuring all interventions are evidence-based and tailored to individual expectations.
• Managing an efficient patient load of one patient per hour while maintaining quality interactions and care.
• Utilizing a multitude of treatment techniques including manual therapy, supervised exercise, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Motivating patients and providing education to facilitate their understanding of treatment processes and encourage active involvement in their recovery.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to design integrated care plans that optimize the rehabilitation process.
• Minimizing reliance on medications through effective physical therapy interventions aimed at reducing pain and restoring function.
• Practicing thorough documentation of all services rendered, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters primarily to individuals with orthopedic conditions, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Patients typically possess private medical insurance, which enables them to access higher standards of tailored care and innovative interventions. This setting allows you to develop meaningful relationships with patients as you guide them through their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.
• Proficiency in providing evidence-based interventions, demonstrated through a successful history in patient care.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, preference will be given to individuals who have:

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient practice setting.
• Demonstrated skills in manual therapy techniques and a strong background in developing and implementing exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and care processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
