This position involves working predominantly in the home care setting, where you will support patients in their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and restoring their independence. Work Environment

As part of our home care initiative, you will conduct onsite therapy sessions in the comfort of our patients' homes, allowing for personalized interactions that align closely with their daily lives. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive optimal therapy sessions without any disruption. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and specific therapy needs based on individual capabilities.
• Manage an efficient caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for focused, personalized treatment sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
• Educate patients on their conditions, providing strategies and exercises to enhance self-management and recovery.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to ease pain and improve function, ensuring that each patient experiences beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Document all patient care services meticulously to maintain accurate records for compliance and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of California is mandatory.
• A clean professional record, free from any board or disciplinary actions, is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy and the ability to develop targeted exercise protocols.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for experience using WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time posicion offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
