Work Environment

The position is fully onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Bakersfield. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere dedicated to clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individual needs and develop targeted treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Administer a wide range of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Implement evidence-based methodologies for pain management and functional restoration to enhance mobility and strength in patients.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment protocols, and lifestyle modifications to ensure long-term health outcomes.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary team members to guarantee that all patients receive cohesive and high-quality care throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with administrative requirements and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will also work with individuals who have experienced neurological challenges, allowing for a diverse caseload that contributes to broadening your experience and skillset. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist License is required for the state of California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution is essential.
• Strong manual therapy skills with experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
