Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Diamond Hearts, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to accurately assess their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and formulating personalized treatment plans aimed at optimizing recovery.
• Instructing patients on the correct application of therapeutic exercises and techniques to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation.
• Utilizing various manual therapy techniques, such as massage and stimulation, to promote healing and alleviate pain.
• Assisting patients in navigating their rehabilitation equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and resistance tools, to improve mobility and functionality.
• Maintaining detailed patient records that keep track of progress, goals, and modifications in treatment plans.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment alternatives and exercises to enhance recovery.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
