Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored care plans, focusing on each patient's unique goals and recovery journey.
• Manage a reasonable patient load to ensure quality time and attention is offered to each individual therapist.
• Utilize orthopedic skills to treat common conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and sports injuries.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities, aiming to enhance patients' mobility while minimizing reliance on surgery and medications.
• Develop and apply diverse fitness and wellness programs specific to patient requirements and conditions.
• Facilitate evidence-based interventions, continually assessing their effectiveness and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Encourage patient motivation through positive reinforcement, providing emotional support throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care pathways for patients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using EMR software.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
