Work Environment

This full-time position requires working on-site, specifically within our outpatient clinic. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans that focus on their individual goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure personalized and quality care for each client.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver effective treatments that minimize the need for medications and focus on non-surgical alternatives.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and research-backed methodologies to enhance patient outcomes, employing techniques such as manual therapy and customized exercise regimens.
• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor progress effectively through continuous evaluation of treatment outcomes, refining care plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Provide detailed documentation of all treatments and patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and healthcare standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, sports-related issues, and post-operative recovery. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or actively pursuing completion within a specified timeframe.
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrable proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in physical therapy practice.
• Capable of using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of advanced physical therapy techniques and interventions, substantiated by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedic therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing and implementing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate an ability to build rapport quickly with patients and engage them in their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
