Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, developing customized treatment plans that align with each individual's health goals and physician's directives.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to the patient's specific needs, ensuring a comprehensive healing protocol.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment in various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, providing a broad spectrum of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, fostering an environment of understanding and collaboration in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and treatment planning.
• A strong commitment to establishing meaningful relationships with patients to help them achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
