Job Description

The ideal candidate is a multi-channel marketing specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next who will deliver campaigns across digital and non-digital media. This role will partner directly with our US client’s business executives, marketing strategists, data scientists, and creative leads. This role will be responsible for multi-channel campaign execution including segmentation, design, and reporting. This role will build multi-channel marketing journeys (including email, print, phone, and mobile touchpoints) - and perform the day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our clients in the US.

1+ full life cycle project with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation.

\n

5+ years of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience.

\n

Strong experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience.

\n

Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.

\n

Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.

\n

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

\n

Demonstrate a clear aptitude for managing projects.

\n

Ability to manage priorities and meet delivery dates.

\n

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Consultant Certification preferred.

\n

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technology or engineering or related discipline desired.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

Develop and execute omni channel programs.

\n

Build Journeys and trigger programs to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time through the right channel.

\n

Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns.

\n

Monitor email deliverability across domains for all brand campaigns implemented.

\n

Provide recommendations on how to optimize deliverability, resolve IP reputation issues and ensure proper inbox placement.

\n

Identify issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action for campaign builds, IP reputation and deliverability.

\n

Influence and implement capabilities including targeting, personalization, audience segmentation, and dynamic, personalized content to deliver the best customer experience.

\n

Conduct list segmentation and contact management using SQL.

\n

Proactively find opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity.

\n

Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.

\n

Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the platform.

\n

Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the platform.
