Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify mental health issues and treatment goals.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution among family members to strengthen relationships and support emotional healing.

• Addressing specific concerns such as grief and loss, job stress, domestic abuse, and blended family dynamics.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans that are holistic in approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your therapeutic focus will encompass various challenges—ranging from adjustment to separation or divorce, coping with medical issues, to addressing family conflicts—ensuring that each individual receives personalized care that reflects their unique situation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong background in family therapy practices and various therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse patient needs.
