About the Role: Founding Account Executive We’re hiring our Founding Account Executive to meet fast-growing demand from law firms across North America. This is a mid-ticket ($1k-$2k), consultative closing role—you’ll take booked demos from our national speaking events, webinars, and strategic partners. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Founder, COO and Customer Success Team to build sales SOPs, refine our sales tech stack, and help refine a scalable, repeatable system for growth. This is a remote role with quarterly travel to attend legal conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle (inbound lead → demo → close) Present consultative, tailored demos to law firm owners and partners Collaborate with founder and Customer Success Team on strategy and sales process Build urgency, handle objections, and guide firms to decisive action Represent the brand at legal events, webinars, and bar association speaking engagements Track pipeline, activities, and metrics using modern CRM and automation tools High-Impact Differentiators (These Will Put You at the Top) Presenting on live webinars or from stage at legal industry events Creating short, persuasive videos and demo recordings Collaborating on sales campaigns and training content Playing a key role in shaping our future sales team and structure Who You Are: We’re looking for a high-drive, action-oriented sales pro who owns outcomes, thrives on urgency, and isn’t afraid to take the lead.Bold and confident. 4+ years in Legal Tech Software or Legal Tech SaaS You must understand how law firms market and sell their services Experience with intake-as-sales in a small or mid-size law firm is a huge plus Experience with platforms like Lawmatics, Clio, Filevine, or MyCase is a strong advantage Confident closer with strong demo and objection-handling skills Comfortable presenting live, on Zoom, on stage, or in webinars Skilled at selling in one-to-one and one-to-many settings Confident on camera for short-form demos or video follow-ups Highly organized, coachable, and energized by growth This role offers a $75,000 base salary, 50% commission on monthly recurring revenue (75% paid upfront, 25% after 90 days), and big quarterly bonus accelerators designed to reward performance.
