Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Abundant Health Care Counseling Center, you will:

• Counsel clients one-on-one through video chats, facilitating discussions aimed at enhancing their mental health and ensuring responsive, individualized care.

• Encourage open dialogue regarding clients' emotions and experiences, to help them gain deeper insights into their thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting clients in defining their goals and developing actionable plans towards achieving those goals.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans employing a solution-oriented approach rooted in your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of stable adults with low acuity, ensuring that you will be working with individuals who are relatively self-sufficient and ready for positive change. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a sympathetic and empathetic nature.

• Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
