Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches tailored to each client.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards in your practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and peer support specialists, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with latest trends in mental health research and participate actively in professional development workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
