Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments of clients to develop tailored therapy strategies aimed at addressing their specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately and promptly in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with multidisciplinary teams to discuss complex cases and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in workshops, trainings, and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and advances in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Haña Wellness Clinic is especially focused on providing care to underserved populations who may struggle to access appropriate mental health services. By fostering trust and rapport, you will help reduce stigma surrounding mental health and empower clients to pursue their wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Nevada.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, with preference given to candidates with clinical practice.

• A strong foundation in legal and ethical counseling standards to ensure the safety of clients and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
