Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions to provide supportive counseling for individuals, families, couples, and groups.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and support staff, to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals struggling with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
