Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge criteria when goals are met.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans and actively engage clients in the implementation and monitoring of these plans.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and updates to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish baseline data for treatment planning.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Participate in regular supervision, utilizing feedback to enhance clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support youth and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation for therapeutic practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• Evidence of meeting internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings within our organization.

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations struggling with addiction.

• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and provision of both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with electronic health records and documentation.
