Contract | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC unit setting, with potential to float to progressive care and emergency department units serving the same patient population
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Rotate holiday coverage as required per scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Stepdown or IMC specialty; travel experience in the specialty is also acceptable
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• No open background case findings or license hits; all required certifications must be active with nothing pending

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PCU / Progressive Care experience preferred
• 18 months of experience within a single facility location preferred, though combined experience across locations will be considered
