Facilities Coordinator - The Landmark

Summary As a Facilities Coordinator at The Landmark, you will support the facilities team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating vendors, and maintaining facility documentation to ensure smooth store operations. You will assist with work order management, preventive maintenance tracking, and capital project administration under the guidance of the Facilities Manager and Sr. Infrastructure Director. This role provides exposure to retail facilities operations, vendor management tools, and project processes. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the facilities team, including preparing reports, agendas, and meeting minutes. Manage work orders via Service Channel, track status updates, and maintain logs and compliance records. Schedule vendor appointments, coordinate site visits, and support vendor setup and invoicing. Assist in monitoring repair and maintenance tasks, conduct walk-throughs, and document follow-up items. Support capital project administration by maintaining project files, punch lists, and close-out documentation. Requirements Strong interest in facilities, operations, or construction management and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
