Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on providing counseling to individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them to define their recovery goals and achieve them through tailored therapeutic approaches. The role also emphasizes crisis intervention and proactive support, ensuring all clients receive the care they need when they need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a mental health setting is essential.

• Eligibility for licensure by the State of New York.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing to facilitate occasional in-person meetings if required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
