Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute distress, ensuring they receive necessary resources and follow-up care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population that includes adolescents, adults, and families who experience various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life crises. You will utilize culturally sensitive approaches to ensure each client feels understood and respected, thereby fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you will need to:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar mental health field.

• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and a strong ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring you provide equitable care.

Preferred Experience\n
