Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must exhibit the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and fully independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or histories of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help individuals improve their mental health.

• Strong computer literacy, enabling effective use of our telehealth platform and electronic record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly those who have utilized solution-focused therapeutic techniques. Additionally, experience in working with diverse populations and specific mental health challenges will be considered an asset.
