Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive client intakes, therapy sessions, and mental health assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth to meet clients’ mental health needs.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies when necessary and referring clients to additional resources when appropriate.

• Maintaining meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with industry regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. Understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring craft therapeutic interventions will be crucial in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Active Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Proven ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of mental health conditions in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and case management software to perform telehealth services efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
