Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing you to provide services to students from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. The role requires effective communication with school staff and parents, and involvement in virtual team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies for intervention. Some flexibility in evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the students we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual and group therapy to students utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students’ educational goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops for students and their families, educating them about mental health strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Perform crisis interventions as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of students, including risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate case documentation and progress notes that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates to treatment plans based on student progress.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique circumstances. You will work closely with students experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
