Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions virtually while managing your own schedule. You will engage with clients through various digital platforms, ensuring they receive consistent and impactful support in a comfortable environment. Typically, our full-time therapists work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a structured yet dynamic daily routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, marriage and family issues, and trauma-related conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and groups, employing various evidence-based practices to promote healing.

• Regularly conduct assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring an adaptive approach to therapy.

• Provide guidance and support to clients in a way that motivates and encourages them to achieve their personal goals and healthier lifestyles.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refer clients to additional resources and specialists, when necessary, enhancing their overall care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges in relationships, mental health disorders, and life adjustments. Your primary focus will be on fostering a healing space where clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings, allowing for meaningful discussions that drive therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
