Join Our Team as a Medical Lien Specialist!

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Medical Lien Specialist to support our lien operations and help create a smooth experience for patients, attorneys, and our clinical teams.

Working closely with the Lien Manager, you’ll help coordinate lien cases from intake and scheduling through medical records, billing, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate lien case intake and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient and case records.
• Schedule appointments and verify documentation before visits.
• Prepare and distribute medical records and billing documents.
• Communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and clinic staff.
• Support relationships with legal partners and the clinic’s lien network.
• Assist the Lien Manager with workflow monitoring and team coordination.
• Help resolve case issues and identify opportunities to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Medical, legal, or lien-related administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and medical records software.
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of lien procedures and legal documentation is a plus.
