This position is entirely remote, allowing you to perform your duties in a comfortable environment of your choice while maintaining flexible hours. You will connect with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments for patients entering detox care.

• Collaborate with each patient to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and consider their cultural backgrounds and personal histories.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats—individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Offer crisis intervention services and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress or relapse.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage their mental health and recovery effectively.
\n
• Engage in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies and make real-time adjustments to support patient recovery.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field by participating in professional development opportunities and incorporating best practices into your work.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information.

The patients you will serve primarily grapple with substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
