This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to facilitate seamless interactions with clients, utilizing secure video conferencing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide diverse therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, ensuring thorough understanding from the onset of services.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are dynamic and adaptable, reflecting each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to community partners as necessary, ensuring coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of treatment progress, interventions, and therapeutic outcomes in compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensure to practice independently as a mental health professional, inclusive of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials. Note: we cannot accept limited or provisional licenses, nor candidates with past disciplinary actions.

• Proficient understanding of making clinical assessments, recommendations for treatment planning, and other professional evaluations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine, empathetic approach to client interactions.
\n
• Competency in digital literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in delivering teletherapy can be an asset.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans within a collaborative therapy setting.

• Very competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
