Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, apply clinical diagnosis, and create personalized treatment plans addressing identified needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning methods to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. This includes documenting treatment progress, session notes, and any relevant findings in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in collaborative case discussions with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, promoting awareness of available resources and advocating for their needs and rights throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience.
