Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, establishing a safe, trusting environment through video chat consultations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client, ensuring a clear path toward improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients in the development of coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and enhanced communication skills.

• Collaborate with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and standards in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing common mental health issues such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress management. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate their mental health journeys, offering support that empowers them to take control of their wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
\n
• Must possess independent licensure without the requirement for supervision.
\n
• No prior disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong understanding of digital communication and remote counseling tools.

• Stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to your clients.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a remote setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Compensation ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually based on the number of hours worked.
