Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis planning, risk assessments, and medication management strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate records to facilitate continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' quality of life and foster resilience.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining a high standard of care within the organization.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, building partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to strengthen service delivery and identify new funding opportunities.

• Pursue continuous professional development through participation in conferences, training sessions, and community meetings related to mental health.

• Promote and embody the mission and values of Sibley Psychotherapy Services in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• A valid and independent LMHC license is essential to practice in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
