This role is primarily remote, utilizing our modern outpatient office facilities for necessary in-person interactions and collaboration with team members. Our dedicated team operates from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance that prioritizes your well-being as a provider. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, prioritizing strong rapport-building and maintaining professional ethics in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress effectively, ensuring treatment plans are responsive to their evolving needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and challenges.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing training and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance your clinical skills and understanding of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LPC, you will play a vital role in tailoring therapeutic approaches that resonate with our clients’ individual experiences, thereby facilitating personal transformation and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using various computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for managing client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
