Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Applying evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to individual, group, or family treatments aimed at addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on assessments and collaboratively designed treatment plans.

• Providing initial treatment planning for clients, coordinating additional services as required, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy services in adherence to professional and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Managing a caseload reflective of your skills and experience, with the expectation of participating in treatment team meetings and consulting with fellow staff to enhance the continuum of care.

• Demonstrating a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, while effectively addressing and resolving any concerns or complaints regarding their care.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
