This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling team members to balance their professional commitments with personal needs. Although the role is primarily conducted online, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients through virtual meetings and consultations. Your work routine will typically follow a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring routine hours while facilitating meaningful client interactions through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health conditions and needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on collaborative discussions with clients focused on their unique goals and circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other relevant approaches as appropriate to each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in good standing in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this role is USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
