Work Environment

Our facility operates on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be working onsite in a supportive outpatient office environment, alongside two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). The office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and the atmosphere is designed to encourage collaboration and effective treatment delivery. You will have access to various resources that facilitate the development of comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Carry a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and high standards of care during each session.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities and evidence-based techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Integrate cost-effective treatment approaches that prioritize non-surgical options and minimize reliance on medication.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Document all patient encounters and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve overall health outcomes.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, helping them embrace healthy lifestyle changes that enhance their well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, with proof of no board actions or disciplinary actions against your license.

• Experience utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, and navigating digital documentation systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and engage in professional collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred, allowing for seamless integration into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
