Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of psychological and emotional issues.

• Utilizing therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Helping families navigate complex issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, mental health disorders, grief and loss, as well as communication and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitating family meetings and sessions, providing a safe space for open discussion and resolution of interpersonal conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will focus on the unique needs of families dealing with challenges such as:

You will provide comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans catering to each family’s specific struggles, ensuring effective and compassionate care.\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant setting.
