Business Development Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who is not just a dealmaker, but a strategic visionary. In this role, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, forge high-value partnerships, and drive our business expansion in staffing and recruiting. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and positioning Carolina PRG as the go-to partner for companies looking for the most talented Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Engineering professionals that Charlotte has to offer. We’re seeking a focused individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating our value proposition with clarity and conviction. Your ability to think critically and develop strategic plans will be essential as you navigate the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. You will identify and engage potential new clients, gaining insights into their specific needs. Additionally, you\'ll serve existing clients, offer solutions for emerging challenges and provide expert guidance on talent requirements. Above all, we\'re looking for a results-oriented professional who can turn vision into action and execute business development strategies with precision and tenacity. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Target high quality leads and leverage existing partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel. Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which strategies can be used to attract client staffing solutions and long-term client partnerships. Conduct pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities. Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings. Engage with decision makers at all levels (including executives) of an organization during the buying process. Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with our exceptional team to drive growth and expand our market presence. Utilize PC Recruiter to log activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities. Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitive analysis. Participate in on-going Business Development of established accounts and their continued growth. Communicates Effectively - Develops and delivers written and verbal communication that conveys clear understanding of different audiences and their levels of comprehension. Decision Quality - Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. Collaborative - Partners and connects with others to achieve shared goals or objectives, seeking input and inspiring others to value the same, building trust with each collaborative interaction. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of staffing/recruiting sales experience or competitive, professional sales experience.
