This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while employing telehealth technology to reach clients across Fort Worth, Texas, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current challenges, providing individualized and evidence-based therapy strategies.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging collective expertise to enhance client support and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. As an LPC, your ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from varied backgrounds will be essential in promoting their healing journey. You will utilize a client-centered approach, adapting therapy techniques to best suit the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health, with a track record of compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, complemented by potential bonuses, ensuring competitive compensation for your expertise.
