Trattoria Lucia is a brand-new restaurant opening in Glenwood Park, Atlanta. Our vision is to create a welcoming space where guests can enjoy exceptional food, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building a passionate team that shares our love for great food and genuine service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us from the very beginning — to help shape the culture, service standards, and guest experience that will define Trattoria Lucia.

- Line Cook
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in food preparation across all kitchen stations
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and prepping to spec
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
