Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that encompass interviews, patient observations, and a review of medical history, targeting emotional, social, and environmental factors influencing patient recovery.

• Work closely with the rehabilitation team to create personalized treatment plans focused on the psychosocial needs of patients, ensuring holistic care that integrates behavioral health and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications\n
