Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health issues, guiding them through immediate solutions and longer-term strategies for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records including detailed assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal frameworks.

• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and additional healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, while acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
