As a fully remote position, this role allows you to work from anywhere while participating actively in our community health initiatives. Although remote, our office provides a collaborative atmosphere where team meetings, supervision, and training sessions take place regularly to ensure ongoing support for our staff. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and fellow therapists, all committed to delivering effective and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and other professionals within the clinic to ensure integrated and holistic treatment strategies for our clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergency situations, while employing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote the importance of seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, demonstrating the capability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting, providing mental health services to underserved populations.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative practice approaches in mental health.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
