This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or travel to clients' residences as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual in-home therapy sessions or group therapy sessions at outpatient centers tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement interventions focusing on anger management, coping strategies, and social skills to reduce high-risk behaviors, such as self-injurious behavior (SIB) and physical aggression.

• Assist youth and caretakers in improving decision-making skills necessary to manage behavioral challenges within the home environment.
\n
• Effectively collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive support for youth and families.
\n
• Timely documentation of treatment planning, progress notes, and all required client records following organizational protocols.

• Participate in monthly meetings to share insights and recommendations for improving client outcomes.

This role specifically targets children and adolescents aged 3-20, particularly those facing developmental and intellectual disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is a requirement.

• Availability for a minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with additional weekend availability considered a bonus.

• Experience in providing positive behavioral support and techniques.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable registered vehicle for potential in-home visits.

• Pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, to ensure the safety of our vulnerable populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
