The role is fully remote, granting our counselors the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for each client session in accordance with company protocols, ensuring accurate reporting and continuity of care.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that accommodate each client’s developmental stages and family dynamics, and conduct regular reviews to assess progress.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary services with case managers, families, school personnel, and medical teams, ensuring holistic care approaches align with client needs.

• Engage in ongoing training and participate in monthly clinical staff meetings to share insights and collectively enhance service delivery.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to set and achieve personal goals, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Assess mental health diagnoses and tailor treatment plans that reflect best practices while adhering to all documentation requirements stipulated by the organization.

• Contribute positively to team culture by sharing ideas and feedback that drive improvements in service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing varying challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our counselors are attuned to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, recognizing that culturally responsive care can significantly impact therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries, effectively communicating with clients and their families.

• Strong proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems, with experience in Valant being an advantage.

• Capacity to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate treatment needs and document client progress accurately.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000, based on experience and qualifications.
