Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments tailored to evaluate the unique needs of children and adolescents.

• Collaborate with caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to developmental considerations and family contexts.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at building strong, supportive relationships within families and improving communication.

• Work in partnership with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure a well-coordinated approach to each client's care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our young patients.

• Educate families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with the ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on children and adolescents dealing with diverse mental health challenges, ranging from mild to severe psychological conditions. Our clientele typically includes young individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral issues. As a therapist at Vitality Therapy Centre, you will play an integral role in facilitating positive outcomes for these young clients and their families, creating a nurturing and affirming therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Depth of knowledge regarding child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy specifically ranging from mild to moderate to severe mental health challenges in young individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to a child-centered, compassionate approach.

• A proven ability to cultivate trust and rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vitality Therapy Centre offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
