Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring an inclusive approach to crisis and behavioral planning.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with the clinical team to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.

• Work within multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, facilitating a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation activities, contributing to the organization's commitment to excellence.

• Serve as a liaison to community service systems, local and state agencies, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery.

• Maintain effective communication channels with various stakeholders to meet contract standards and advance the mission of Health Link Now.

• Identify and establish partnerships with organizations that can provide synergy and support for new initiatives or funding sources.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and participating in community committees.

• Embody and promote the organizational values, philosophy, and principles in daily operations and client interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet the dynamic needs of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing mental health support to a diverse client population, including those navigating emotional challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and individuals recovering from brain injuries. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required, with assistance for licensing available for out-of-state candidates.
